MILDRED SCOTT BENSON
September 23, 1946 – November 13, 2018

Seneca-Mildred Scott Benson, 72, widow of the late Charles Benson, of 109 Elm Street, passed away November 13, 2018 at Oconee Memorial Hospital.

A native of Oconee County, she was the daughter of the late James Scott and Bertha Jones Scott. Mildred was retired from Sangamo, where she was a machine operator was a member of Ozion Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons, Frank Walker (Gwen), of Seneca; Anthony Walker of Seneca.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Benson; brothers, William Scott, Arthur Scott, Marion Scott, and Will Scott; sisters, Mamie Walker, Elise Moon, and Lillie Mae Hunter.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 17th 2018 at Ozion Baptist Church. A service will follow Saturday, November 17th, 2018 at 2:00pm at Ozion Baptist Church with the Rev. Isaiah Scipio presiding.
