Obituary for Joe Curtis Smith

JOE C. SMITH

Seneca – Joe Curtis Smith, 77, of 1200 Davis Mill Road, passed away Saturday, April 07, 2018.

A native of Oconee County, he was the son of the late Fred Benjamin and Grace Ellen Cox Smith. Mr. Smith retired from Michelin where he was a shift supervisor and attended NewSpring Church Clemson. Mr. Smith also was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include three daughters, Tracy Owens (Frank) of West Union, Pamela Williams of Seneca and Kimberly Broadway (Andrew) of Anderson; six grandchildren, Jay Marks, Carlton Marks, Jacob Marks, Joshua Williams, Brayden Vinson, and Addison Owens; and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 11 am, Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Monday, April 9, 2018 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
